This olive oil is rich in monounsaturated oleic acid, vitamins A, B, E and it is not very sensitive to oxidation.
Olive oil has restorative and regenerating properties, is particularly suitable for dry, poorly irrigated skin.
Phenolic compounds provide excellent protection against free radicals.
